To project a more positive, balanced, and realistic image of The Deep South region by showcasing and fostering Deep South: Innovation, Integrity, and Quality of Life. |

| GOALS: |
To phase in programming as funding is available in the following areas: |
Phase I: General Development Goals
1. To establish a web site presence: www.PostFoundation.org
2. To seek collaborative relationships with: universities, governments, businesses, religious organizations, and philanthropic agencies that share our vision
Phase II: Deep South Innovations Project
1. To establish an annual 'Deep South Innovations Project' (as our initial benchmark project)
2. To solicit additional ideas of Deep South Innovation (via web site and roundtable conferences)
3. To actively seek funding for programs that have the most potential to improve Deep South Innovation
4. To collaborate where possible with other organizations who share our vision
5. To objectively measure outcomes
Phase III: Deep South 'Quality of Life' Project (as sponsorship is available):
1. To showcase current examples of existing Deep South "Quality of Life"
2. To solicit additional ideas to improve existing Deep South Quality of Life (via web site and roundtable conferences)
3. To actively seek funding for programs that have the most potential to improve Deep South Quality of Life
4. To collaborate where possible with other organizations who share our goal
5. To objectively measure outcomes
Phase IV: Deep South 'Integrity' Project' (as sponsorship is available):
1. To showcase current examples of existing Deep South "Integrity"
2. To solicit additional ideas to improve existing Deep South Integrity (via web site and roundtable conferences)
